FUTURE PERSPECTIVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All of our courses are presented digitally but are not recorded.  Course notes pertaining to each course will, however, be disseminated no later than the Friday following the course.

• Zoom invitations to all delegates participating in a course will be sent out not later than 48 hours prior to the holding of the course.  Delegates who have enrolled for the course are, however, requested to check their email inbox at least two or three times a day and to accept the Zoom invite once received. 

• To ensure maximum interactivity, and the opportunity for all course delegates to participate fully in each session, we suggest that delegates log in with a device that has a functional webcam and that the webcam remain on throughout the session. 

• On receiving confirmation of payment from a delegate for a particular course, we will immediately forward the course modules to such delegate.  We guarantee that each module will be presented but reserve the right to change the dates and/or order on which particular modules are presented, should such rescheduling be necessitated by the unavailability of the originally designated presenter due to sudden work commitments.

• Future Perspective adheres to a strict privacy policy, and no information regarding contact details of members, or any other personal information, will be made available to any other party, save with the express written consent of the person to whom such information pertains, which consent may be withheld at the sole and exclusive discretion of such person.
